Ethics Commission – Five members scheduled by the Mayor andSteeringfor a three year term. Members are: Charles A. Barrett, Chairman, Joe Mulholland, Fran Kelly, Carroll W. Wagner. The Ethics Commission reviews all required forms underInstallment2, Public Ethics Financial Disclosure. They provide published newsy opinions to persons subject to this installment and they process and make determinations as to complaints filed by any person alleging violation of this chapter.WaterfrontMediationWorkbench– Five member workbench scheduled by the Mayor and tried by the Council.
